Conservative press is liberally paid

By now you know that the GAO has ruled that the Administration broke the law by paying  for favorable “news” stories and disseminated "covert propaganda" in the United States, in violation of a statutory ban.  The bad news is that there doesn’t seem to be any penalty.  The good news? Is there ever any good news about anything this administration does?
