Yes, that’s George W. Bush, the slouching, cud chewing, Chancellor-grabbing, pig eating, stupid and delusional Chief Executive of the stupidest most delusional nation that ever was, addressing the world and being made to seem an utter ass by Vladimir Putin.
It’s getting hard to find a good laugh in a world full of war, lies and neo-cons. None the less, “gallows humor” of the painful and cynical sort is all too available.

Is America the most delusional nation that ever was? :-)
Hmmm... this nation is intoxicated with its own power and has grown arrogant and haughty.
Nothing different than any other empire trying to hang onto glory for one more day.
America is a 50-year-old woman desperately staring at the mirror trying to convince herself and everyone else she's still as beautiful as when she was 25.
And maybe trying to hide certain past indescretions as well.
