So you can't sue the Government for illegally spying on citizens because you can't prove you were one of those who was spied on unless we arrest you for something and make you disappear into some interrogation cell in Nowherestan in which case you can't sue us anyway - hell you can't even have a lawyer or be read the charges against you. At least the 4th of July is a national holiday and we didn't have to hear this from the "Activist" Liberal courts while we were out in the streets wearing funny hats and bragging about our unique freedom. It would have been so embarrassing.
